This is my all time favorite marinade for London Broil, which can be made two ways, broiled or grilled. Wonderful for those backyard summer barbecues!
Soy and Honey Marinade
1 cup low sodium soy sauce
4 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon garlic juice, or 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all above and marinate meat for several hours in the refrigerator. It's important to make sure the meat is at room temperature before you start. Place on lowest rack of broiler and broil at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn meat over and broil 20 more minutes. If you prefer your meat on the rarer side, less time will do. Or grill outside! Slice on the diagonal.

*Cooks note: Also excellent for shish kebabs. Cut up meat and add vegetables of your choice (button mushrooms, peppers, onions) and marinate for several hours. Thread onto skewers and you're ready to grill!
