I Choose Heroes

It is impossible not to think about the awful, heinous, evil that took so many innocent lives Sunday night in Las Vegas. It is impossible not to be sad, scared and shocked. So, I choose to focus on the countless stories of women and men, young and old, putting themselves in harm’s way to save the lives of fathers and mothers, sisters and brothers, friends and strangers. They are the heroes. And there are so many of them.
