Reno's Still in Progress

My sister-in-law called yesterday morning, gingerly hoping not to interrupt my writing.  CH was not, even though she read on one of my post's that I write early.  Ha...if only that were true.  One thing I am sure of, there is no consistency in my life.  Which is OK.  I'll take healthy, happy topsy-turvy any day. 

I could go off on a tangent here, but will restrain myself.  Let's just say, I was more than thrilled to take a teeny tiny sabbatical from writing while the children were visiting.  But, now it's time to get back to work.  Although, I really question how I am ever going to continue writing my memoir when there are balls coming at me from all angles.  I am so impressed with people who are able to write with such proficiency.  I would just like to know who does their laundry, cleaning, cooking, bottle washing and the like. 

I am determined to stick to some schedule of varying degrees, in spite of our renovation still in progress.  Our bathroom cabinets arrived yesterday, which apparently were not measured correctly, so the cabinet maker will be back tomorrow.  And that's perfectly ok with me.  One of my many mantras (you don't think I would just have one did you?), "Don't sweat the small stuff.  Be grateful for what you have.  And every day that you and your loved ones are healthy are the best days indeed!"
