May we all be showered with health, happiness, hope, peace and a good night's sleep.

May I not eat too much (because right now I'm a little stuffed).  Continue to write regularly, exercise, talk less and listen more.

One last thing, all you Giada followers, stop spamming my blog.  My previous title, "Is Anybody Else Hot?" referred to menopausal hot flashes. "Going Gaga" is not a platform for breast augmentation ads, I am only going to delete you.
