The Things I Will Do!

Like wear duck pajamas.  Milo squeals whenever I have them on, enthusiastically pointing and quacking with glee.  Zooey Deschanel wore them on season one of New Girl. I'm on the hunt for lions, tigers and bears.

Wear a two piece swim suit.  Really.  I thought that ship had sailed. Last time I baby sat we went to the pool and I took Milo to the ladies room with me. I shimmied and hopped, trying to peel off my vice-like suit, all while diverting Milo's hands from the toilet.  Although Milo thought his Gaga was quite entertaining! A two piece will be more expeditious.

Sing in public.  I will sing the "Good Morning" song for Milo on demand, anywhere, anytime.  I made up this tune when Milo was only a few days old. Sometimes Daughter calls while I am on a crowded jogging path, in the grocery store or the airport terminal. "Gaga, Milo wants to hear the 'Good Morning' song!"  I am amazed at myself for casting aside any embarrassment in favor of hearing Milo's happy laughter!  One day he will not ask for his song. He will have moved on to bigger boy pursuits.  But, in the meantime I'm on call.
