Milo loves sitting on the front step; I hope new baby will too. Outside Cat, who lives in the bushes and stares at us from the front door, like we're on t.v., eats his food on the stoop. This is attracting birds, which is creating a mess, the bird kind, well, you know.

Little sparrows hopping in and out of the water bowl, very cute, at first. But, now they think this is a water theme park, with refreshments.
So, I have moved Outside Cat's food and water, far, far away from the front door. I have spent the better part of the day, shaking his bowl like a tambourine, in his new dining location. Yet, he insists on sitting on the stoop. I should bring his food to him. Stubborn cat.
By my calculations, give or take a day, I have five months and eleven days to retrain the cat.
