A lovely sales woman in Macy's guided me in my bra selections for Mother-in-law. I hope when I am old and braless someone will shop for me (maybe I should start hoarding now). I left confident, until I buckled myself in the car and the engine wouldn't start. Oy, dead battery. No good deed... But, on a positive note, better to have car problems close to home, than while traveling alone in the middle of the state, or on the way to the airport with a flight to catch. Actually, if you think about it, Mother-in-law did me a favor. There's a silver lining to every cloud.
What I Adore About Summer
Daylight savings time, Husband's birthday, Wimbledon, cherries, watermelon, sweet pavlova on the porch and vacationing with family in Maine.

What I Obsess Over in Summer
Mosquito's, West Nile Virus, tick's and airplane evacuations. Which is why I avoid deers at all costs, and always wear sneakers when I fly. You never know when you might have to make a run for it.
Writing
I am beginning to question my own integrity. Every once and a while I get stumped. Someone recently asked if I had a diary to help with my recollections, like the color of a rug, or the attire I was wearing. I don't. I was never a diary kind of gal. Just my uncanny memory. But, sometimes I need corroboration from those involved and I am continually surprised how some people have no idea what I'm talking about. Oh me.
