I've decided that menopause is a lot like pregnancy, except for the baby part. You don't have your period (TMI?), you have food cravings, mood swings, hot flashes, your clothes don't fit, and you can't sleep at night. I've had three nights of no good sleep and a lot of time to think about this, so don't argue with me.
