I cannot even count the amount of times I Google in a day. Not that every search leads to the truth. (Where do you think urban myths are born?). But, still I can't resist.

Just this week alone I've Googled nutrition for Chipotle, Dunkin Donuts, black beans, edamame, Brooklyn Bagels and medjool dates. Is Kim Kardashian having a boy or a girl? (boy). White linen pants that won't wrinkle. How tall is Cat Deely, host of "So You Think You Can Dance?" 5'9"!

And then there are questions only someone of mid-life would even think about. What can I eat to stop from shrinking? I've heard your hips get smaller and your breasts larger (I am so hoping that is true). The year Barbra Streisand recorded "The Way We Were?" 1974! What is the best neck moisturizer? (As yet to be confirmed).

Googling can be a time suck. One evening I was looking for remedies to help me get a full night's shut eye. My head was swimming with choices, and perhaps overstimulated by the light of the screen I never went to sleep. Aughhh! Screen insomnia!
