If we eat a fruit or vegetable only occasionally, I will buy conventional. Husband eats blueberries every morning, so I make sure they are organic. If I can't find fresh, or the price is ridiculously outrageous, I buy organic frozen berries, which tend to be lower in price.
There is some thought that Parkinson's Disease is a result of environmental toxins. Could it be that chemicals in the environment and pesticides in our foods contributed to Husband's PD? Do I sound like a crazy person? The way I look at it, if it can't hurt to eat food without chemicals, why would we choose otherwise?
