The January AARP revealed that Researchers at the University of Rhode Island found that "Folks who's chewed sugarless gum throughout the morning consumed 67 fewer calories at lunch and didn't make up for the deficit during the rest of the day." This might help in trying to lose those holiday lb's! Something to think about!
