Just One Thought Away!

Since my last two posts, others are coming forward with their own experiences. But here are two lessons that are helping me cope.

One of Husband's PD doctors told us early on when dealing with anxiety and panic, "Celebrate your successes! No matter how small. Push through!" (I thought of that when I did not run out of the hair salon.) And "You're just one thought away from feeling good!" I would like to think so!
