Less is More!

While in NYC daughter and I emptied drawers and cabinets in her apartment.  When storage is at a premium, one must be stingy.  After all, baby Milo's necessities take precedence.  We did a bit of rearranging in order to open the space, and some furniture shopping to accommodate the scale of their living and dining rooms.  And no one should have to eat dinner on their bedroom dresser, standing up!

And we all know how much I love rearranging furniture.  All you have to do is refer to my article in The Magazine of Yoga, Victoria Hagen, Houdini and No Plastic Hangers, from April 2, 2011, to know that my penchant for organization runs deep.

I love a good purge, nothing like getting rid of tchatchkes and other unused items collecting dust.  I have been doing a bit of reorganization of my own since returning home.  Which is probably how I practically knocked myself out with the roasting pan and another good reason not to have your cabinets filled to the brim.

Less is more...and a lot safer too!
