I Blog, Therefore, I Share...

So much to say, so little time to post.

Confession:  I'm still having difficulty deciding how much to share.

But here goes!

Nose Hairs

In the event any of you amazing readers missed this show, or news report, please note the following.

Dr. Oz recently talked about the dangers of plucking nose hairs.  I'm not saying you do, and I'm not saying you don't.  But, if you do, plucking may cause a pore to become clogged, turning into a blemish inside your nose, which could become infected and travel to your brain.  Dr. Oz refers to this area on your face as "The Triangle of Death."  He suggested using a nice pair of scissors to trim.  So remember, trim, do not pluck.  This begs the question, where was I when this memo went out?  You may google to substantiate.

Coiffed

I am sporting a new hairstyle.  I think it is splendid.  Daughter approved.  It takes months off my age.

I was walking out of a store with my new do.  I always park by the same store, in the same spot (it's a thing).  So, I kind of know the sales people in the department.

As I was about to exit I hear the young female manager holler, "Hello!" immediately followed up with, "What did you do?  You look different?"  I paused for a moment.  "I got my hair cut!"  To which she said, "Oh!"  And then silence.  Not a word.  Not a peep.  I think I heard a cricket chirp.

A kindly salesman I didn't know piped up, "You look good."  I smiled.  Of course he didn't know what I looked like before.  Hmmm, how to win friends and influence people...
