I never did bring you up to speed on my cherry pit induced cracked tooth from August. Apparently I'm not so great about follow-up.
I've been to the periodontist three times, one included surgery, minor, but still, it's no picnic. I was scared out of my wits, silly, really, since there was absolutely no pain involved. I now have a temporary tooth...yeah for me...I can fully smile with confidence (even though you really can't see the tooth, it's so far back). Next week I will finally have a new pearly white crown, then I'm done.
So the lesson I have learned is one, do not bite down on a cherry pit and two, I am braver than previously thought. :)
