Tuesday's Tip...Quitting!

We are all, at one time or another, unhappy at work, with our manicurist, our exercise class. Why do I feel the need to finish reading a book that puts me to sleep with each turn of the page? Must I read the morning paper every day, in it's entirety, with the angst of a homework assignment? Why do I force myself to eat quinoa, when I absolutely find this nutritious powerhouse really quite unappealing? (I'm sure I can find something equally nutritious more to my liking.)

This Tuesday's tip is to buy the most recent issue of Health magazine, May 2016. There is a great article on quitting. And if you are not inclined to purchase, let me summarize for you...

"Quitting is vital for overall satisfaction, not to mention joy. Life is too short to waste time and energy on things you find unrewarding and unproductive."
