Target Audience!

Sometimes I wonder if I should change the title to my blog to "Is Anybody Else Hot and Cold?" with the subtext, "Reflections of Interest to Thirty Something Women, Young and Middle Aged Men," because you seem to be my target audience.  Not that I don't have my girls on board.  I guess I'm just surprised, that's all.

"Cold," you may ask?  Apparently the cruel trick of mother nature is that once your hot flashes subside you get cold and can't warm up.  I'm telling you it is annoying putting your sweater on and off, on and off.

My sister-in-law, CH was smart enough to warn me not to buy sweaters you have to put on over your head.  I was in Nordstrom today (baby department, natch!) and it was so cold in there I had to buy a hot coffee (even though it is 107 degrees outside).

And I know that some of my most ardent followers are men, thank you very much husband, AH, JC, JS and CG.   I am not really sure why you are intrigued, but I like to think I am an equal opportunity blogger.

I am tickled the most by my thirty somethings, thank you daughter and everyone else, (you know who you are).  On a day when it feels like I'm not at my best, you make me feel young...er!
